At Fressho, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain circumstances may only qualify for a partial refund, such as:

  • Items showing clear signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund request is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 4 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your bank as there may be a delay in posting the refund. If the issue persists, reach out to us at [email protected].

Please note, sale items are not eligible for refunds—only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the same address above. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you could vary. For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
